Identification and contact

Taviel is the brand used on this website to identify the business order management solution. For website enquiries, legal communications or privacy matters, please contact info@taviel.es.

Contact Taviel

Purpose and audience

The website presents Taviel’s features and allows visitors to request information. The solution is designed for organisations that receive orders and need to structure and review their data and prepare it for other systems.

Visiting this website does not create an account, purchase a service or authorise document processing on the visitor’s behalf. Reading these terms does not constitute consent to advertising or to data processing that requires consent. Any mandatory rights that apply to a visitor remain in force.

Contracting and service scope

Features, accepted formats, users, volumes, prices, taxes, integrations, support, service levels, duration, renewal and termination must be specified in the proposal or agreement accepted by the parties. An email requesting information does not in itself accept an offer.

Illustrations and examples explain the general workflow. They do not represent identifiable customers’ orders or guarantee a particular result, saving or universal compatibility. Connecting an ERP, CRM or another application requires an agreed scope and verification of the technical conditions and permissions needed.

These website terms do not replace the service agreement or data processing agreement. Valid specific agreements apply within their respective scope, subject to mandatory law. Changes to this website do not by themselves amend an existing contract.

Artificial intelligence and order review

Taviel uses artificial intelligence and document processing to extract and organise information. Results may contain errors, omissions, incorrect matches or inaccurate interpretations, even when they appear coherent. Their quality depends, among other factors, on document legibility, context and the available reference data.

The workflow described requires the customer’s authorised team to review data and resolve uncertainty before approving it or using it in their systems. Particular attention should be paid to the customer, items, units, quantities, prices, dates and commercial terms. An AI result does not itself constitute a binding order, identity verification or authorisation to execute a transaction.

Taviel supports order management. It does not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice and must not be used to make decisions about people with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on an automated result. The customer’s review obligation does not exclude Taviel’s obligations in providing the service.

Lawful use and communications

The website must be used lawfully and in good faith. Anyone acting for an organisation must have sufficient authority for the actions they take.

  • Impersonation, malicious code, attempts to access resources without authorisation and interference with website availability or security are not permitted.
  • Do not send credentials, API keys, unnecessary banking details, special categories of personal data or third-party documents without a lawful basis for sharing them.
  • For an initial enquiry, describe your sector, order formats and destination system. Operational documents should be exchanged through the channel and under the conditions agreed.
  • Errors or suspected security incidents can be reported to info@taviel.es without including sensitive data or performing unauthorised access or checks.

Documents, confidentiality and data protection

Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of its content or grant a general licence to exploit it, publish it or use it to train AI models. Information received to answer an enquiry is used for that purpose and related activities with a valid lawful basis.

Where Taviel processes personal data in documents on a customer’s behalf, the processing instructions and safeguards must be formalised. The agreement must address purposes, data categories, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, transfers, assistance with rights and incidents, and return or deletion of information, among other requirements.

Customers must have a lawful basis or valid instructions from the controller for the data they supply and meet the information duties applicable to their role. Taviel retains its obligations as processor or controller according to the processing involved. The privacy policy explains processing associated with this website and communications with Taviel.

Intellectual property

Rights in the brand, content, design and software elements of this website belong to their respective owners or licensors. Access allows visitors to read the information and share links; it does not grant a licence to the service technology or authorise commercial exploitation of protected elements, except with permission or where a legal exception applies.

Rights in documents and data supplied by a customer remain with their respective owners. The permissions needed to provide the service and the conditions for using its results are specified in the contract. There is no guarantee that every AI-generated result gives rise to an exclusive intellectual property right.

Availability and external links

Interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical incidents or circumstances outside Taviel’s control. This informational website does not include a continuous availability commitment; any enforceable service level is set out in the relevant contract.

Links to third-party resources are provided for their informational value. Those resources have their own terms and policies. A link does not mean that Taviel controls the content or exclude any liability imposed by law.

Liability

Each party is responsible for breaches and damage attributable to it under the law and, where applicable, its contract. Assessment of a claim must take account of the circumstances, established damage, causation and each party’s obligations.

Human review requirements and the limitations of AI do not amount to a general exclusion of liability. Liability for intentional wrongdoing, data protection obligations or other matters that cannot lawfully be limited is not excluded. Nothing on this website prevents the exercise of non-waivable rights.

Financial liability limits, warranties and allocation of service risks must be expressly agreed in the contract where legally permissible. They are not established merely by browsing this website.

Enquiries, complaints and disputes

Enquiries and complaints can be sent to info@taviel.es, describing the facts and providing a reply address. Contacting Taviel first is a direct resolution option, not a requirement restricting access to an authority or court.

Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the rules governing the particular relationship. Browsing does not imply submission to an exclusive court or waiver of mandatory data protection or consumer safeguards where applicable.

Updates

These terms may be updated to reflect website or legal changes. The update date identifies the published version. Changes do not apply retroactively or by themselves alter acquired rights or contractual terms already agreed.
